Three Track Laser Thickness Measurement
This display was developed for a press with eight levels and allows the comparison of the press levels of the last eight measurements.
Each measured panel is divided into nine sectors.
The first measurement 13:09:22 h shows seven sectors in the green area, one area in the warning area, and one in the alarm area.
At this stage, eight master panels have been measured, and panels two through eight in the first column are green.
A new press load is measured, and the first level has a quality problem again.
This analysis can show quality deviations in individual pressed levels.
